Terms & Conditions

All purchases and activities at www.storyetfall.se (Story Et Fall) comply with the Swedish legislation. Conditions apply in cases Swedish or other law does not lay down rules which are contrary to our conditions. Private users are subject to Consumer Sales and Distance Contract. Company users subject to the Sale of Goods Act. Sale of Goods Act is permissive, which means that our own agreements can arrange other than what the law requires.

 

Certificate
To order at Story Et Fall you must be over 18 years old or have parental consent.

 

Order
Orders can only be placed at Story Et Fall. Orders by phone, e-mail or fax are accepted only in cases where this has been agreed. Clients under 18 years old must have parental consent and this before the purchase is made. Orders that are made without the consent of another persons name and that causes financial or other harm to Story Et Fall will be reported to police.

 

Delivery
Deliveries are made with suggested carrier according to destination, and performed in accordance with their applicable rules for each shipping method. Shipping charges are presented at checkout when ordering. Information regarding the rules for each shipping method will be found on carriers website. It is buyers responsibility to assure that the addresses specified when ordering owns its accuracy. Tracking of shipment is possible through carriers website. Tracking-ID is presented on the Delivery Confirmation E-mail and in My Account. The customer is responsible to within a reasonable time from the dispatch, follow up and collect the items ordered. A reasonable time may vary between 3-7 days depending on shipping method. Story Et Fall reserves the right to refuse delivery of all items by reason of sharp price fluctuations, unexpected inventory situation, competitive disadvantage, etc.

 

Delivery Time
All items are stocked and packed and shipped normally same or next working day [Not applicable to MTO]. Preliminary or unconfirmed dates presented on Story Et Fall may be regarded as indicative and may change. In cases where the buyer believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that the buyer no longer wishes to receive the items it is at the buyers responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the regulations contained in this terms [Not applicable to MTO]. Partial delivery of orders occurs only at buyers request and imposes additional shipping charge. 

 

Modification and Cancellation
Modification of an order is possible as long as the order has not yet been handled and has the order status Open [Not applicable to MTO]. If you wish to add or remove a product on an open order you must cancel the entire order and register a new. This is done via the Order Management in My Account. Cancellation of orders with status Open is possible without any charge for the customer. For the order status Handling the order can no longer be cancelled. The customer is therefore obliged to receive the shipment, and can, where appropriate, return the items. 

 

Exchange
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days after that the customer has received the item [Not applicable to MTO]. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This also applies to any of the items packaging and accessories. The item must not have been used or the exchange right is not granted. Return of a product which is returned with reference to the Exchange Right is done at the customers expense. 

 

Return
This implies only to private buyers. Buyers has in accordance with the Distance Contract the right to cancel a purchase within 30 days from the date the buyer received the item or a substantial part of it [Not applicable to MTO]. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This also applies to the items packaging and accessories. The item must not have been used or the return right cannot be granted. Return of an item which is returned with reference to Distance Contract is at the buyers expense. This includes reimbursement of costs for transportation or other services that is needed. A return of a purchase may sometimes be allowed even if the above criteria are not met. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A credit payment is completed within 10 days from the date that we received the item.

 

Reclaim
The buyer provides and pays the return shipping costs associated with returns and reclaim. Story Et Fall will replace the buyer for the shipping expenses after receiving the items. This applies only when the reclaim is valid and under normal case. In cases of a reclaim where the item is not defect or where insufficient description of the defect is not accompanied the items will be returned to the buyer. Cost of shipping and other handling fees will be charged by the buyer. 

 

Unclaimed item
Story Et Fall always logs IP-numbers during purchasing. If we receive packages that have not been collected, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for all costs incurred in such return + handling fees. Invoice will be sent out within 3 working days from the date when the unclaimed package is registered with us. If the buyer has more than three unclaimed packages the account will be closed. 

 

Damaged Item
If an item is damaged, the buyer must immediately report it to the carrier, normally at the delivery point. The externally visible damage must be reported at delivery, concealed damage must be claimed within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage within this time forfeit the warranty on the item, as it is not subsequently cannot be proved how the injury occurred. A copy of the written complain report to the carrier should be scanned and sent to [email protected], and we will send a new replacement order to the buyer. The matter is then regulated between Story Et Fall and the carrier. 

 

Misprints etc.
Reservation for printing errors, errors in information as well as errors in items specifications. All images are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and do not reproduce the exact look and character of the item. 

 

Dispute
Disputes where the buyer is a private individual, our policy is to comply with National Board (STO) recommendations. Consumer Sales Act, which promotes your interests as a buyer, may apply when you shop with us.

 

Force majeure
Would Story Et Fall be unable to deliver or make a new delivery or if such delivery requirement is unduly burdensome as a result of labor disputes or other circumstances that the parties cannot control such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calling of similar proportions, requisitions, seizure , currency restrictions, insurrection and riot, transportation barriers, shortages, fuel shortages and delays in deliveries from its suppliers or as a result of similar circumstances referred to in this paragraph, is Story Et Fall free from any liability except for claims and crediting missing items.
